解析 Sheehan综合征：由于产后大出血引起低血容量性休克，垂体前叶缺血坏死，垂体功能减退，促性腺激素分泌明显减少；促甲状腺激素及促肾上腺皮质激素也生成不足；于是出现闭经、无乳、性欲减退、毛发脱落等，第二性征衰退，生殖器萎缩，还可出现畏寒、嗜睡、低基础代谢及低血压等症状。这种情况常称为Sheehan综合征。
