右侧压痛并放射至右小腿，右下肢直腿抬高试验阳性，右小腿外侧皮肤感觉迟钝，第1足趾背伸力弱，腰椎平片示腰椎左凸畸形，余无异常，CT扫描示L

椎间隙、椎体右后软组织阴影1.0cm×0.7cm，右侧神经根受压，目前最佳治疗(?)
