解析粒细胞型类白血病反应：白细胞计数可达30×10／L以上，或外周血出现幼稚细胞，成熟的中性粒细胞胞浆中出现中毒性颗粒和空泡。骨髓中无白血病细胞的形态畸形，无染色体异常。成熟的中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶积分明显增高。常见原因有严重的感染、中毒、恶性肿瘤、出血、溶血等，去除病因后血象变化能恢复正常。
