问题　患者女，20岁，因“面部变圆、变红，向心性肥胖、宽大紫纹8年，加重8个月”来诊。查体：BP 160/120 mmHg。实验室检查：FBG＞140 mg/dl，血钾2.5 mmol/L，血ACTH 99.6 pg/ml；大、小剂量地塞米松抑制试验均不被抑制。胸部及肾上腺CT：未见异常。鞍区MRI：部分空泡蝶鞍，蝶窦内异常信号。此时优先考虑的应对方案是(提示　患者于第1次垂体手术后2年6个月接受了垂体γ-刀治疗，症状无明显缓解。)
